About the Project
Our affordable home project seeks to create an affordable safe housing solution catering to low-income seniors and veterans. It envisions providing them with a secure safe and comfortable living space, featuring 600 to 800 sq. ft. one bedroom and two bedroom units. The unique appeal offers the integration of nature walking paths and an urban garden, harmonizing rural living elements within an urban community context. This initiative strives to address the specific needs of veterans and seniors while ensuring affordability, accessibility, and fostering a sense of community.

Our mission is rooted in creating a positive and enduring impact on the Encanto San Diego, CA Community by addressing housing inequality and instability. Our central goal is to offer secure, affordable, and sustainable housing solutions to individuals and families facing challenges in securing proper shelter. Through thorough research and strategic partnerships, we will identify and understand the unique housing needs of our community. And in hopes to serve the veterans who served for us.

Our vision goes beyond mere structures – we aspire to construct not only houses but also vibrant communities. By fostering a sense of belonging and providing customized housing options, we intend to elevate the overall quality of life for residents. In this endeavor, we envision incorporating safe and clean nature walk settings and creating a stunning green goddess garden.
